The bill (Reg. No. 2231) suggests not refund court fees in case the amount of plaintiff's claims on the motion of demandant has reduced. It stipulates determinate proceedings, in case, the appellant has abandoned the claim (complaint, application) and if the parties have reached amicable agreement (recognized by the court).
It is suggested amend part 2 of article 6, as well as clauses 1 and 5 of part 1 of article 7 of the Law “On Court Fee”.
People’s deputies believe that the suggested amendments will allow regulate relations in the sphere of court fee refunding.
